• Storing analysis results in your dashboard for future reference
• Improving the reliability of our service and user experience (your contract data is never used to train AI models)

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security including encrypted storage, row-level security policies, and secure authentication. PDF files are stored in private storage buckets accessible only to you.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Infrastructure providers — for secure data storage and authentication
• Service providers necessary to operate the platform
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access all your uploaded contracts and analysis results in your dashboard
• Delete any contract or analysis result at any time
• Request complete account deletion by contacting us
• Export your data upon request

VIDI uses minimal cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Your session is stored locally to keep you logged in between visits.

VIDI provides automated contract analysis for informational purposes only. The analysis generated by VIDI does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal counsel.

VIDI is an independent product built by a solo founder. While every effort is made to provide accurate and helpful analysis, please be aware of the following:

• Analysis results are generated automatically and may not be 100% accurate in all cases
• VIDI cannot be held responsible for decisions made solely based on the analysis provided
• The service is provided in good faith with the goal of helping users understand contracts better
